About the Role

This role sits at the heart of the community. As a Community Mental Health Link Worker, the focus is on supporting young people aged 16 to 25 as they navigate challenges with their mental health. • Support service users in developing confidence and life skills
  • Collaborate with CAMHS to ensure smooth transition into adult mental health services
