Requirements

• MUST be RX Web qualified
• Pharmacy experience in a UK setting
• NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent
• Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) certification
• Great with people and confident communicating across the counter
• Able to handle the pace of a busy dispensary while keeping calm and collected

Salary Details

Starting from £26,000 up to £30,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide every customer conversation so they leave feeling confident about their care
• Handle the safe supply of medicines, from labelling to dispensing
• Keep things running smoothly in the dispensary to reduce waste
• Spot opportunities to connect with GPs and practice teams
• Stay aligned with professional standards and company expectations
• Take initiative in creating a calm and professional setting for both team and patients
