Requirements

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding of mental health, substance use, housing, or justice systems
  • Comfortable supporting people affected by trauma and complex needs
  • Flexible, resilient, and confident working in the community
  • Previous experience as a senior HCSW or support worker in a relevant setting
  • Bonus if you can speak Welsh, but not required

Salary Details
