Requirements
- UCAS entry points between 72 and 80 from A-Levels, BTECs, or Access Diplomas

This banded NHS post offers 26,530 to 29,114 GBP annually, with full-time working hours across 6 days a week. The Trust is planning a shift to 7-day therapy delivery, so some weekend flexibility may be expected as services evolve.
About the Role

As a Trainee Therapy Assistant, you’ll support qualified therapists in delivering specialist stroke rehab. That means hands-on help with assessments, creating adaptive plans, and ensuring patients get the tools they need to live better.
It’s not classroom theory. You’ll gather real-world data, provide equipment support, lead therapeutic activities, and amend treatment plans in real time. Key Responsibilities
- Assist registered therapists with stroke assessments and daily interventions

- Keep clear, respectful records of patient progress
