As Senior Information Analyst, you’ll help shape how the Trust hires, supports, and plans for the future of their workforce. You’ll lead on data visualisation, reporting and insight for the People and Culture Directorate, ensuring everyone from execs to line managers can access and act on what matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards that show workforce trends at a glance
  • Clean and manage workforce data so it’s reliable and action ready
  • Partner with senior leaders to turn insights into better decisions
  • Innovate how workforce data is used across the Trust
  • Bring consistency and clarity to monthly and ad hoc reporting
  • Support strategic workforce planning through accurate modelling
  • Share knowledge and help shape a data-aware culture within the team
