Requirements

  • Must hold a Nursing Associate Foundation Degree
  • GCSE or Level 2 in English and Maths
  • Confident in basic clinical tasks and communication
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team
  • Compassionate and focused on patient dignity
  • Desirable but not essential: Level 3 health qualification, experience in acute care, or venepuncture/cannulation skills
