Requirements

• Must hold a Nursing Associate Foundation Degree
• GCSE or Level 2 in English and Maths
• Confident in basic clinical tasks and communication
• Comfortable working independently and in a team
• Compassionate and focused on patient dignity
• Desirable but not essential: Level 3 health qualification, experience in acute care, or venepuncture/cannulation skills

Salary Details

The role pays between £26,530 and £29,114 per year, depending on experience and NHS banding. This is a full-time opportunity with permanent placement.

• Admit and discharge patients, ensuring they feel informed and reassured
• Work closely with nurses and support workers to maintain consistent patient care

• Contribute to care plans and patient recovery goals
