Requirements
- Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in communications or related fields
- Strong storytelling skills across written, visual, and video formats
- Confidence using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office
- Experience producing content across social media, websites, intranets, and campaigns
- Understanding of the NHS or large public organisations
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Knowledge of confidentiality, GDPR, and digital best practices

Salary Details
This Band 5 post offers a competitive salary between £29,970 and £36,483, based on experience and pro rata for part-time arrangements.
About the Role
This is your chance to jump into the deep end of digital transformation. As a Communications and Engagement Officer, you’ll be the creative force behind content that moves people—whether that’s staff updates, digital change announcements, or social media storytelling. You’ll partner closely with their digital and communications teams to help bring the hospital’s tech-forward vision to life. No two days will be the same. From videography and internal newsletters to press releases and short animations, your work will reach staff, patients, and the wider public across every platform that matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver multi-media campaigns to support digital rollouts
