Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of SAS programming experience in clinical trials
- Solid understanding of SDTM and ADaM data standards
- Strong grasp of clinical research and medical terminology
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
- Confident with deadlines and teamwork in a cross-functional remote setup
- Fluent English communication, both written and verbal

About the Role
This role sits at the heart of the clinical data journey. As a Statistical Programmer II, you’ll develop and validate SAS programs that translate raw clinical trial data into high-quality datasets, tables, listings, and figures. These outputs directly support regulatory submissions, publications, and decision-making that can change lives.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with biostatisticians, data managers, and fellow programmers, all within a supportive work environment built on collaboration and trust. Their workflows follow CDISC standards, regulatory guidelines, and real-world timelines, so every deliverable counts.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and validate SAS programs for SDTM and ADaM datasets, tables, and figures
- Ensure every dataset meets CDISC standards and aligns with regulatory guidelines
- Review specifications and contribute to programming documentation that’s clear and accurate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep timelines and deliverables on track
- Drive quality by maintaining consistency and accuracy across outputs
- Create tools and macros that improve efficiency and reduce repeat work
- Mentor new team members and support internal knowledge sharing
