Requirements
- A relevant MSc-level IT degree or equivalent experience
- Experience leading or coaching in a tech or data-driven environment
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Project, and Power BI
- Able to design and maintain complex data pipelines and dashboards
- Confident working across teams with clarity and purpose
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Understanding of NHS procurement systems like Atamis and GHX a plus

This Band 7 role pays between 46,148 and 52,809 annually, based on experience and NHS pay frameworks.

As the Procurement and Supply Chain Data Manager, you’ll run a dedicated team at the heart of Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust’s finance and operations. Your focus will be on designing digital tools that boost efficiency, cut waste, and support critical care services across the organisation.
From self-service dashboards that help managers make faster decisions to rock-solid reporting pipelines that keep compliance tight, you’ll have the autonomy to shape how data powers procurement. You won’t just be analysing numbers – you’ll be building solutions that matter.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Procurement Systems team to deliver quality data and solutions
- Build and maintain secure, user-friendly dashboards and reports
- Ensure system accuracy and data compliance at all times
- Oversee procurement tech stack including Atamis and Ingenica
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to your cross-functional team
- Actively contribute to organisation-wide digital and procurement transformation
- Drive a culture of innovation and best practice in supply chain reporting
