Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant health or social care field
• GCSEs in English and Maths or recognised equivalents
• Full UK driving licence to enable flexible work across the community
• Experience working with children and young people with mental health needs
• Strong communication and emotional resilience to support children and families
• Understanding of safeguarding and clinical risk management
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and independently

Salary Details

You’ll earn between 26,530 and 29,114 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

You’ll work closely with care coordinators to provide evidence-based interventions, often right in the community where the need is greatest. Key Responsibilities

• Build therapeutic relationships with children, young people, and their families
• Support clinical interventions that help service users manage mental health needs
• Understand and manage safeguarding concerns with professionalism and care

• Contribute to team discussions and planning around care delivery
• Help maintain a safe, responsive, and inclusive service for all involved
