Join the Johnson & Johnson team as a Director in the JJT Strategy & Operations Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) group. This pivotal role involves spearheading the maturation of the CPI process mining service within J&J, contributing to the discovery and enhancement of processes through systematic data analysis. This fully remote position based in the U.S. offers a unique opportunity to drive value to the business by implementing lean practices and fostering continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement a strategy for expanding the process mining practice within J&J.
• Engage closely with business customers, understanding their processes and mapping them for process mining implementation.
• Market process mining to internal customers, aiming to secure funding for new implementations.

1. Team Oversight:

• Supervise the process mining team, ensuring smooth operations for proofs of value, development projects, and support.
• Manage the build-out of scalable system data models supporting key processes across the J&J landscape.
• Act as a point of contact for internal satisfaction issues and oversee financials for 100% annual recovery.

1. Supplier Relationships:

• Be the face of J&J with key process mining suppliers.
• Manage the financials, security, and contractual terms of $1M+ agreements with major suppliers.
• Collaborate with TS management to ensure seamless CDL and data connections.

1. Performance Metrics and Improvement:

• Establish and track metrics relative to process mining projects and programs.
• Demonstrate an annual business value return on investment from process mining of at least 5x.
• Audit closed projects to ensure sustained project results.

1. Leadership and Communication:

• Conduct periodic process mining program reviews and update department leadership on deployment progress and results.
• Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities through the analysis of performance data.
• Foster the need for transformation to improve business performance.

1. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 8 years of relevant business process, data mining, portfolio management, and technical experience.
• Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
• Experience in Lean Management and leading business strategy and transformation.
• Proven track record of customer engagement, structured problem-solving, and risk management.

Anticipated Salary Range: $142,000 – $244,950
