Requirements

  • GCSEs (A* to C) or equivalent in key subjects
  • Enthusiastic about learning through both hands-on work and classroom study
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to safe working practices
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to muck in
  • Passion for a career in engineering with real-world impact
  • Welsh speaking is desirable but not essential

Salary Details

  • Band 4, £27,898 to £30,615 per year
  • Apprenticeship pay structured under Annex 21, increasing as you progress
