Requirements
- GCSE-level general education
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, or relevant health-based diploma training
- Team-oriented mindset and strong self-direction
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools and electronic records
- Curious and committed to learning new clinical tasks
- Understanding of how dietitians support hospital-based care
- Desirable: prior healthcare assistant experience or familiarity with tube feeding, nutritional assessments

This role offers a competitive annual salary between 27,485 and 30,162, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support dietitians in managing care for cancer patients before and after surgery
- Gather critical nutrition data to support professional assessments

- Manage incoming calls and requests to ensure patients get timely help
- Keep accurate records and write clinical letters that support seamless care
- Pitch in with service improvement projects and audits to drive better outcomes
