About the Role
This role is all about supporting people in their own homes and making daily life easier. You’ll assist with personal care, help prepare meals, and provide companionship where it matters most. As part of the care team, you’ll ensure patients are comfortable, safe, and supported in every aspect of their routine. Key Responsibilities
- Support patients with personal care to maintain dignity and independence
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding so patients receive proper nutrition
- Help with mobility to keep patients safe and active
- Keep accurate notes and documentation to support continuity of care
- Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments for better coordination
- Provide medication support to ensure treatment is followed correctly
- Maintain a clean and safe environment that helps patients feel at home
