Requirements
- Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (RQF) or equivalent qualification
- Clean UK driving licence for transporting children safely
- Positive mindset with patience and empathy for young people
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills to liaise with families, social workers and colleagues
- Willingness to undertake training and continuous professional development

Key Responsibilities
- Support children with education, recreation and life skills so they gain confidence

- Maintain accurate records to ensure safety and compliance
