- BSc Audiology or equivalent qualification
- AHCS or RCCP registration (or working towards)
- Member of BSA or BAA
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload in a timely manner

About the Role
The Graduate Healthcare Science Practitioner (Audiology) role offers the chance to make a direct impact on patients’ lives while developing your clinical skills. Most of your time will be spent in the adult audiology service, carrying out hearing assessments, fitting hearing aids, and supporting ENT clinics. You’ll also handle diagnostic work like tympanometry, reflex testing, and speech audiometry. What sets this role apart is the breadth of experience you’ll gain, from working independently in clinics to collaborating with colleagues on complex cases. Every assessment and plan you create supports patients’ quality of life, making this a career where technical skill and human connection go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor Individual Management Plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Carry out diagnostic assessments and interpret results to guide treatment
- Fit and repair hearing aids, supporting patients in improving daily communication
- Provide clinical advice to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to aid decision-making
- Manage patient referrals, ensuring timely access to the right level of care
- Support ENT clinics, delivering procedures to BSA standards and ensuring patient safety
- Work flexibly across Coventry and Rugby sites to meet service demands
