Requirements

  • GCSE or equivalent in English, Maths and Science
  • Experience working with young people in an educational, vocational or clinical setting
  • Confidence supporting children with social, emotional and behavioural needs
  • Strong communication skills with emotional intelligence and flexibility
  • Willingness to collaborate within a professional multidisciplinary team
  • Desirable: NVQ or higher training in education or SEMH support, experience leading group learning, knowledge of strategies to aid emotional regulation
