Job Description:
As a Summer M&A Intern at Herculean Group, you will have the opportunity to work within our Mergers & Acquisitions team under the Investment Banking division. This internship program provides hands-on experience in financial modeling, transaction coordination, company and industry analysis, and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain financial models, applying various valuation techniques and corporate finance concepts.
  • Assist in coordinating sell-side and buy-side M&A transaction processes.
  • Conduct thorough company and industry analyses, including market trends and M&A activity.
  • Assist in the preparation of M&A marketing materials, presentations, and other documents.
  • Provide support for administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
  • Demonstrated diligence, exceptional attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
  • Strong foundation in financial modeling, business valuation, accounting, and financial analysis.
  • Interest in financial markets and analyzing different types of businesses.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with the capability to work independently.
  • Adaptability, positivity, energy, and enthusiasm.
