Requirements

• At least 1 year of home care experience
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car or motorbike
• Empathy, self-awareness, and effective communication skills
• Positive attitude with commitment to delivering high standards of care
• Good timekeeping and reliability
• Basic computer literacy for recording and reporting care activities
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide references

Salary Details

Salary will be competitive and reflect experience, with guaranteed 42 hours per week on a two-week fixed roster. Overtime is available to cover holidays or staff absence.

This role is all about helping people live with dignity in the comfort of their own homes. As a Female Care Assistant, you’ll provide personal care, medication support, and companionship. Each visit is more than just a task list, it’s about bringing reassurance, connection, and kindness to someone’s day.

You’ll work across areas such as Felixstowe, North Ipswich, Woodbridge, Martlesham, and surrounding villages. With the right mix of professional training and supportive supervision, you’ll be confident in delivering care that truly matters.
