Requirements
- Current GMC Registration
- MRCPsych or equivalent qualification
- Commitment to improving patient outcomes and leading innovative care
- Experience as a Consultant or within six months of completing CCT

About the Role
This new Consultant Psychiatrist post sits within the Medium Secure Service, focusing on a male ward for working-age adults with complex mental illnesses. As the Responsible Clinician, you’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team, guide patient pathways across services, and directly influence outcomes through innovation and evidence-based care.
The role isn’t just about managing patients. It’s about shaping the future of mental health care, with the freedom to explore your own specialist interests. Key Responsibilities
