Requirements

• At least 1 year of home care experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Good computer literacy for care documentation and scheduling
• Empathy, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Good timekeeping and self-motivation
• Must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide references
• Must currently have the right to work in the UK or be eligible for Skilled Worker Sponsorship

Salary Details

Pay is competitive and reflects experience and qualifications. Additional hours are available for those who wish to increase earnings.

About the Role

As a Female Care Assistant, you’ll visit clients in their homes across Felixstowe, Woodbridge, Martlesham, and nearby areas. You’ll help them stay independent, safe, and comfortable by providing essential daily support such as personal care, companionship, medication assistance, and help with everyday tasks.

This isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to make real human connections and bring joy to those who rely on your care. You’ll work on a fixed two-week roster, ensuring a healthy balance between consistency and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver respectful personal care that promotes independence and self-esteem
• Administer medication safely and accurately following care plans
• Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness
• Assist with mobility and home activities to maintain comfort and safety
• Record and report changes in clients’ wellbeing to ensure consistent quality of care
• Support clients to maintain routines and enjoy meaningful daily activities
