Key Responsibilities

• Support clients directly with daily living, medication, and emotional care so they feel secure and respected
• Encourage participation in social, therapeutic, and community activities to build confidence and connection
• Develop and review personalised care plans that adapt to each client’s evolving needs
• Maintain accurate documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality support
• Promote independence and self-advocacy so clients can make choices that shape their own lives

This position involves unsupervised access to vulnerable groups. A full DBS check will be required under the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006. Individuals barred from regulated activities are not permitted to apply.
