As a Career Coach at Interview Kickstart, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering technical professionals to overcome hurdles and secure positions at top-tier companies. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct classes covering Career Transitions, Professional Branding (Resume and LinkedIn), Behavioral Interviews, and Offer Negotiations.
  • Host weekly office hours to provide timely support for students facing challenging tasks.
  • Assist students in navigating offer negotiations and making informed decisions.
  • Develop networking strategies and provide guidance on effective communication with recruiters.
  • Offer advice on interview strategies and recruiter communication techniques.

  • Background working with MAANG Companies or Tier 1 Product-Based Companies.
  • Previous experience as a career mentor or performance coach is advantageous.
  • Availability to dedicate up to 10 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
