Salary Details

The role pays between £22,000 and £25,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits are available for long-term staff members.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living such as meal preparation, hygiene, and light household tasks to support independence
• Drive clients safely to medical appointments, social visits, or errands, ensuring their comfort and dignity
• Provide companionship that reduces loneliness and boosts emotional wellbeing
• Monitor health and wellbeing and share observations with healthcare teams when necessary
• Keep accurate records to ensure consistent and high-quality care for each client
• Encourage engagement by helping clients stay active and connected within their community
