Vixxo is searching for a Data Analytics Intern to join their Summer 2024 Internship Program at the Dallas, TX office.
Summer Internship Program 2024
- Internship duration: 10 weeks, from June 3rd to August 2nd.
- Work hours: 32 hours per week, Monday to Thursday.
- Pay Rate: $18/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
The Data Analytics Intern will assist the Outsourced Service Center team in analyzing service center operations. They will study outbound call patterns to reduce outreach frequency and offer insights on initiated pilots’ effectiveness. This role involves collecting, creating, and analyzing extensive datasets. Additionally, the intern will develop tools for forecasting monthly volume and assessing the pilots’ impact on operating costs.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and “Big Data” analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Preferably, experience in operations or call center environments.
- Familiarity with AI concepts is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive results through effective project and time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
