Salary Details

This role sits within Band 4 or Band 5 based on qualifications and experience. Progression to Band 5 is possible after meeting training requirements.

About the Role

The work centres on lung function testing that supports many specialities across the hospital. Patients come in with different needs, and each test helps clinicians understand how to treat them. You will learn how to carry out assessments safely and accurately under recognised UK and European respiratory guidelines. The unit works across two locations which gives you a steady mix of clinical exposure. As your confidence grows you may join research projects, quality checks and audit activity that help the service stay sharp.
