Requirements

  • You hold a CCAB or CIMA Post Graduate Diploma Level qualification or have equivalent experience.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years financial management experience with at least 2 in management accounts.
  • You have experience managing staff and enjoy being both a team leader and a team player.
  • You possess excellent analytical and communication skills and can deliver to deadlines.
  • You are proficient with current computer software like Microsoft Office and have knowledge of computerised ledger systems.

Salary Details

You will play a key role in providing high quality accurate financial information that directly supports patient services. The role is all about partnership you will work closely with budget holders providing analysis and advice to help them manage their finances effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the production of monthly financial management information ensuring budget holders have the timely data they need for informed decision making.
  • Complete detailed variance analysis and forecasting to help the Trust maintain its financial health and sustainability.
  • Attend regular meetings with budget holders building strong relationships and providing the financial insight that supports excellent patient care.
  • Assist in the annual budget setting process contributing to the financial planning that enables future service development.
  • Help maintain and improve financial reporting systems driving efficiency and effectiveness across the finance function.
