Key Responsibilities

• Design test plans so releases run smoothly and reduce user friction
• Run exploratory and regression tests to catch issues early
• Contact customers when needed to understand real world bugs
• Log issues with clear steps so engineers can act quickly
• Support triage sessions that help the team choose priorities
• Build simple dashboards that highlight trends and guide fixes
• Assist colleagues or users in London when unusual behaviour appears
• Ride test bikes to see how the app performs in real conditions
