About the Role
This role puts you at the centre of how Forest keeps their mobile app and internal tools running smoothly. You’ll be the steady voice that turns messy reports into clear insights. You’ll build calm structure around busy release cycles. You’ll test features from early ideas through to live builds so nothing catches users off guard.
Since this is a mobility company, you’ll ride often to see how the tech behaves in real situations. That hands on view helps the team fix issues before they reach users. If you enjoy making products feel solid, friendly and reliable, this work lands right in your wheelhouse. Curious how your testing can keep a greener city moving

- Build simple dashboards that highlight trends and guide fixes
- Assist colleagues or users in London when unusual behaviour appears
