We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Care Assistant to join our team and provide high-quality care to our clients in Kingston upon Thames.
Role Overview:
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, focusing on elderly and dementia care. Your primary responsibilities will include providing personal care in the mornings and evenings. You must have previous experience in home care and be a driver to efficiently reach clients’ homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care and support to clients in their own homes.
- Assist with personal care routines, particularly in the mornings and evenings.
- Ensure clients’ well-being and comfort at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients’ conditions.
- Work collaboratively with the care team and clients’ families.
