2024 Nespresso Business Acquisition & Planning Internship
What to expect for the 2024 Nestlé Nespresso USA Business Acquisition & Planning Internship:
We offer a 10-week paid internship in the Nespresso Business Acquisition and Planning organization. The Business Acquisition & Planning internship is an introduction to a career in business planning and process development. The Intern will participate in a project to map process flows, milestones, and interdependencies between Nespresso and the two machine partners that support the Nespresso business, Breville USA and De’Longhi USA. The Intern will support the development and documentation of business processes, the creation of playbooks and development of tools that will be used cross-functionally within the US Nespresso business. The experience requires collaboration with team members from across several functions, networking with senior management, and participation in social engagements with interns from other programs.
During the internship, you will focus on a project that requires a new perspective to deliver results against our immediate and future business needs. Additional social activities are planned to provide insights into day-to-day life at Nespresso USA. These findings will culminate with a presentation to senior leaders.
2024 Nestlé Nespresso USA Machine Partner Internship Location:
This internship is available at Nespresso Square in New York City
Application Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields
- Degree conferred by June 2025 or 2026
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above preferred
- Leadership experience through, but not limited to, an extra-curricular activity, organization, club, sports team, or employment
- Ability to relocate to New York, NY for the 10-week duration of the program across summer 2024
- Willing to generate enthusiasm and excitement for our products
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to utilize basic Excel functions
- Ability to utilize advanced skills in PowerPoint
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Visio
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Comfortable working in a team setting
- Ability to accept change and learn quickly in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
- Exposure to a dynamic and friendly work environment

The approximate target compensation range for this role is $27. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
