Position: Customer Service Sales Advisor
Location: Cardiff (Remote)
Salary: £23,000 basic, OTE £33,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Role Responsibilities:
- Speak with existing customers to cross-sell and upsell additional products and policies.
- Close sales over the phone and work towards sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a sales role.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and an outgoing personality.
- Traits: Self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
