About the Role

Joining the Global Marketing team as an Associate Resource Manager is a pivotal and essential opportunity. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Creative Services Manager and the Operations Director to oversee the creative team’s schedule. Your task will be to balance project demands with team capacity and timelines, ensuring seamless operations. Building strong relationships across departments and proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track and within budget is crucial. This position is key to maintaining operational efficiency, maximizing team potential, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Managing Agency Resources and Work Traffic

  • Handle daily ad hoc requests and assist with the main weekly resource cycle.

2. Freelance Management and Administration

  • Oversee freelance contracts, update margin trackers, monitor start and end dates, ensure timely updates and extensions, and check timesheets.

3. Resource Forecasting Assistance

  • Ensure accounts have submitted necessary forecasts.

4. Facilitate Agency Daily Stand-ups

  • Validate requests and support communications between Accounts and Creatives.

5. Workflow and Booking Coordination

  • Liaise with the Avalere Health Shared Solutions departments to manage workflow and bookings.

6. Print Management Support

  • Request quotations, oversee delivery, and ensure final checks and sign-offs.

7. Managing Creative Assets

  • Handle purchasing and managing image/photo/video/music/font libraries.

8. Managing Third-party Suppliers

  • Source and onboard suppliers, manage agreements, and maintain excellent working relationships.
