Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Installation & Preparation: Assist Lunit’s customers and partners with the preparation and installation of Lunit INSIGHT solutions in various environments.
  • Technical Discussions: Lead discussions about the technical aspects of Lunit INSIGHT integrations, collaborating closely with colleagues from other teams.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting as part of a multidisciplinary Customer Success Management team.
  • Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions and prepare documentation for colleagues, partners, and customers.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect feedback and requests for product improvements and communicate them to headquarters.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience with PACS, RIS, or hospital system operations and workflows.
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of interoperability in the medical domain and communication standards such as DICOM and HL7.
  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of the Linux CLI and strong troubleshooting abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent organizational, training, and team communication skills.
  • Language: Proficient in English.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Experiences:

  • Software Implementation: Experience with implementing various open-source software and containerization.
  • Cloud Systems: Experience with cloud systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and APIs.
  • Web Technologies: Understanding of databases and web servers (Nginx, Apache).
  • Scripting: Skills in scripting languages (e.g., shell scripts, Bash, Python).
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the medical industry or HealthCare IT, particularly with medical AI.
  • Languages: Proficiency in a second language (French, German, and/or Spanish).
