Job Description
Birdie Care Services is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the enhancement of its products and define the role of design within the organization. This position involves collaborating with product managers and other designers, conducting user research, and contributing to the development of Birdie Care’s visual language and design system. The Senior Product Designer will play a critical role in improving the user experience and ensuring the design aligns with the company’s mission to provide superior care solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise
- Proficiency in design software and tools
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
