Job Description Creative Support is seeking dedicated and compassionate Relief Support Workers to join their team. As a Relief Support Worker, you will promote the independence and dignity of service users, ensuring they live inclusive lives within the local community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to clients on an emotional and practical level.
- Assist with daily living needs such as personal care, household duties, medication, healthy living, and community engagement.
- Work closely with both the staff team and clients to maintain a high standard of personal and housing-related support.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a care setting is essential.
- Committed to the welfare of others.
- Ability to provide support on an emotional and practical level.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Must attend mandatory induction courses before beginning shift work.
Compensation:
- £11.50 per hour.
- Weekly pay.
