This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from €25,000 to €30,000 per annum, along with uncapped commissions. Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Specialist, your primary focus will be on sourcing and recruiting top talent for various markets including temporary work and B2B services across France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Belgium. You will need to develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, culture, and expectations. Your tasks will include drafting job advertisements, posting them on our website and various job boards, and actively sourcing candidates through these platforms and social media.
You will proactively reach out to potential candidates by phone, conduct thorough interviews via phone and video conferencing, and match the best candidates with the right job opportunities. Writing detailed interview reports for our clients and maintaining personalized follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process are also essential parts of your role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone fluent in French, with at least an intermediate level of English (B1) to meet the requirements for a Skilled Worker visa. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing and recruitment, preferably with a focus on senior roles or relevant sales experience. A versatile, autonomous, and meticulous individual with excellent interpersonal skills is essential. A customer-centric approach is key to ensuring the satisfaction of both clients and candidates.
Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in commerce or a related field is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Prior experience in a similar role, especially in recruitment or sales, will be highly advantageous.
