Job Description:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will work from the comfort of your home, providing exceptional service to our diverse customer base. This role does not require previous telephone experience, making it a perfect opportunity for individuals seeking to start or advance their career in customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a fast-paced, virtual contact center environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, support, and resolve queries over the phone.
  • Accurately enter data and update customer records while on calls.
  • Meet targets for call volumes and quality of service.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve them to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

Benefits and Package:

  • Salary: £26,000 per annum, plus bonuses and benefits.
  • Working Hours: Up to 9 hours per day (including a 1-hour break), on a shift rota basis.
  • Monday – Friday: 8am – 8pm
  • Saturday: 8am – 5.30pm
  • Sunday: 10am – 4pm
  • Contract Type: Temporary, with potential opportunities to go permanent.
  • Remote Work: Fully remote position.
