Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of at least one modern programming language: .Net, Java, Node.js/Javascript, Golang, Python, Ruby, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of writing queries in SQL.
  • Some comfort designing database schemas for SQL databases.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience (preferably using the above technologies).
  • Experience writing automated tests and managing enterprise-grade build processes during the software lifecycle.
  • Passion for client experience and high-quality software.
  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent.
  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-level HCM or payroll software.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will work in an Agile development environment to bring the designs and ideas to life for new or improved products and web applications.
  • This work will support a mix of internal and external clients.
  • You will be working on current and upcoming projects that connect design, engineering, product development, and implementation to understand how those pieces impact infrastructure.
  • You’ll share your operational and process maturity with a growing team while building products for large enterprises to enable their workforce.
