Job Description
Many Paws is seeking dedicated, energetic individuals to join their team as Professional Dog Walkers. This full-time, permanent position involves leading up to four dogs on exhilarating walks through the parks, woods, and nature trails of South East London. The role requires collecting dogs from their homes, ensuring their safety and well-being, and delivering them back home happy and exercised. New recruits receive two weeks of paid training to learn the ropes from seasoned team members.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and leash up dogs, leading them on tailored walks.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of each dog.
- Engage in playtime, belly rubs, and occasional games of fetch.
- Meet the individual needs of each dog.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Passion for dogs and outdoor adventures.
- Proficiency in leash untangling and maintaining enthusiasm in all weather conditions.
- Strong “dog talk” skills—understanding barks, yips, and tail wags is a plus.
- Must have a driving license and a car to transport dogs.
- A D.B.S is required.
Compensation:
- Up to £120.00 per day
- Pay is £10 per dog, with a maximum of 4 dogs per walk and up to 3 walks per day.
- This is a self-employed role.
