About the Role
As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our person-centered care approach, ensuring our residents receive the best possible support. Working closely with a team of dedicated Care Assistants and under the guidance of the Deputy General Manager, your responsibilities will include supervising the care team and supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, and care plans. Requirements
To qualify for this position, you should possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
