Job Description
Manchester City Football Club is seeking enthusiastic individuals who can join them as Matchday Stewards. The role will involve the direction, assistance, and control of customers entering, with, and leaving the Etihad Stadium to make certain of safety and good order. Assist customers moving around the stadium to destinations, prevent unauthorized movements, and keep watch on any continual issues and report. The role will need to deliver outstanding customer service and make sure that all events and match day operations are planned and delivered safely and securely.

Compensation
Competitive rates of pay, opportunity for promotion and job-related training leading to an NVQ qualification. Additional stewarding work may be available at City Football Academy stadium.

Other Details 

Date of recruitment interviews:  Saturday, 17th August 
Induction session: Thursday, 12th September –(attendance is a requirement)
First match: Fulham game on or around Saturday, 5th October – (date subject to TV selection)
