Roles and Responsibilities
Our Care Assistants are committed to meeting the support needs of our clients in a respectful and empowering manner. You will travel to clients’ homes in Worcestershire, offering assistance with daily tasks as agreed upon by the client and Caremark. This includes:
- Shopping and meal preparation
- Prompting with medication
- Supporting daily routines
- Providing respite services
- Engaging in social and leisure activities
- Assisting clients in accessing the community
