About the Role
Clipboard Health is seeking customer-focused individuals to join their team as a Customer Support Agent. As a Customer Support Agent, resolve customer issues with active empathy while implementing quick solutions to answer phone calls and chat requests, be the first line of contact with customers ensuring the highest level of service. The ideal candidate should be a problem solver, resourceful, and someone who subscribes to the ideas of working independently in a fast-paced work environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Process customer contacts and provide quick solutions via the phone, chat, and email
Communicate with and collaborate on various levels with different departments
Investigate, research, and solve customer problems
Manage difficult customers politely yet professionally
Track and follow up on customer requests in good timing
Manage competing priorities
Delivering exceptional customer service and experience
Availability to work weekends
