Primary Responsibilities: As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will:
- Conduct community visits to review and assess Care Assistants’ work.

- Participate in an on-call rota to address urgent service delivery issues.
- Work weekends and out-of-hours with enhanced pay rates.
Key Duties:
- Provide personal care and medication administration.

- Participate in on-call services outside regular hours.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to work in clients’ homes in the Harrogate area and the Knaresborough-based office.
