Your Role

As a Support Worker on their team, you’ll play a pivotal role in residents’ journey to recovery. Your compassionate and patient nature will provide essential support as they regain their confidence and independence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering innovative care with a flexible learning approach for all individuals
  • Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learning about individuals’ specific needs & providing help in the most appropriate way
  • Learning about behavior management
  • Assisting with medical & welfare needs
  • Reporting on medical & welfare needs as required
  • Safeguarding
  • Maintaining a safe, clean environment for all

Shift Patterns

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Hours: 42 hours per week, a mixture of days, nights, and weekends.
  • Day Shift: 8:00am – 8:00pm
  • Night Shift: 7:30pm – 8:30am
