Job Description Fieldbay is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Support Worker to join their team at Mill Row Service in Pontardawe, SA8 3AD. This role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, managing medication, and encouraging personal development through creative and engaging tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
- No prior care experience required
- Must be over 18
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage medication, shopping, health needs, and hygiene
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis (Monday to Sunday)
- Enthusiasm for creative and recreational activities
Compensation
- Pay Rate: £11.44 – £12.00 per hour
