Job Description
The Care Assistant will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by providing compassionate and professional care in home care settings and care homes. Key responsibilities include developing personalized care plans, assisting with daily activities such as grooming, bathing, and meal preparation, and providing emotional support and companionship. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with clients and their families, and collaborating with the care team to ensure holistic care.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in creating and implementing care plans.
  • Proficiency in basic IT skills for record keeping.
  • Strong command of English for clear communication.
  • Familiarity with home care practices and procedures.
  • Valid driver’s license for attending client visits.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Compensation
