Job details

  • Provide reception, clerical, and administration support to the Adult Community Mental Health teams.
  • Work collaboratively across multiple sites within the North Localities.
  • Assist in coordination tasks, data input, and appointment bookings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 GCSEs including Maths and English (Grade C or above).
  • Willingness to complete a Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and email programs.

About the Role

This role involves providing effective and efficient customer service and administration support to the Adult Community Mental Health teams. The apprentice will work across multiple sites, supporting both the reception and administrative functions.
