Requirements:
- Experience in working with Mental Health, Autism, Challenging behaviors, and Learning Disabilities
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiasm for participating in physical activities with service users (biking, swimming, etc.)
- Confidence in using or being trained to use restraint
- A strong commitment to supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism
- Must live within a 30-minute commute to the Epsom area
