Requirements:
- Experience with mental health, autism, challenging behaviors, and learning disabilities
- Confidence in using restraint or willingness to train
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and creative in supporting individuals
- Willingness to engage in physical activities (biking, fishing, etc.)
- Must work shifts as required by the service
- Strong values and commitment to personal development
- Preferred: NVQ qualification, Care Certificate, knowledge of diabetes, driving license, proximity to Spalding
Salary Details
Starting rate is £11.90 per hour, with overtime at £12.40 per hour.
